Casandra Tam
Casandra Tam is an associate at Peck and Company where she practices criminal and administrative law. She was called to the bar in 2020.
Casandra joined Peck and Company as a summer intern in 2017 following her first year of law school. She returned as a summer student in 2018, and then went on to complete her articles with the firm.
Casandra received her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University. During law school, she competed in the McIntyre Cup Moot, and was awarded the Dean’s course prize for her performance. She was an editor of the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law and served as the research coordinator for Pro Bono Students Canada – TRU Chapter. Casandra also worked at the TRU Community Legal Clinic, assisting low-income individuals with various legal matters and facilitating access to justice.
